Arrangement of all safety equipments for the protection of staff to work in the deep channel and at height, making the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Isolate the inlet wet chamber from incoming sewer from areas by closing the sluice gate and sand bags/gunny bags to avoid flooding in the inlet chamber during execution of work, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Removing of the garbage accumulated in inlet chamber by manually with the help of expert labour i/c all other miscellaneous T&P items, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Dumping of the floating material from the site of work to the suitable place and cleaning of the floor after completion of work, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication / Fixing MS guide 'C' channel in vertical possession of 15 feet Long of size (150mm x 75mm x 6mm) on wall in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate of size (300x200x10mm) duly drilled 4 nos. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with anchor bolts of EN-8 materials of 16 mm with supporting angle of size 75x75x6 from the wall welded with C channel for smooth operating of bar screen UP-DOWN, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication/Supply MS I-Section beam of 4.5 mtr height ISMB (150mm x75mm) in vertical possession with plate (300mmX 300mm X 10 mm) at ground with RCC civil foundation of size (1.5ft.x1.5ft.x1ft) and tightening by MS stud of size (250mm x 25mm) grouted in RCC foundation and with supported 4 Nos. of ISMB size of 150x75 mm for strengthening of MS structure, includes providing and welding of MS. Plate with 4 nos. holes of 25mm drill including providing/ fixing of fasteners with washer of size 150x16mm as per site requirement, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Making of RCC civil foundation with grouting of MS. Stud for fixing of vertical Isection beam and supporting pillar foundation also includes the cost of civil material with labour charges.

Fabrication / Fixing New bar screen (jalii- L type) of size 2.5 mtr long and 1.10 mtr width by fabricated of outer frame by MS Angle of size (75mmx75mmx6mm) and inner portion fabricated by MS Flat of size (50mmx8mm) duly welded one by one at 40 mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with Electrical Chain Hoist as per site requirement, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top of bar screen so that the water cannot pass by upper side of bar screen. The size of sheet will be as per site requirement with supporting angle of size 75x75x6mm and making proper strengthening for bearable of water flow pressure as per site requirement.

Fabrication of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of platform is (1.5mtr x 1.3 mtr). Made out of frame by C-CHANNEL (150X75 mm), supporting MS angle (75mm x75mm x6mm), MS chequered plate (1.5mtr x 1.3mtr) and 6mm thickness. Fixing with RCC foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in the RCC foundation, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of Electrical Chain hoist. This will work for lifting of bar screen up and down. Make. Globe/Reva/Hercules/W.H Brady/ DJB approved make.

Providing and fixing of horizontal Beam ISMB (200 mm x100mm) for fixing of Electrical Chain Hoist of 2 ton capacity with 3.5 mtr length duly welded and fixed by MS plate of size (250mm x250mmx10mm) on top of both vertical beam, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication of Tin shed for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by Metro sheet with angle of size (40mmx40mmx5mm), nut bolts and washer as per site requirement, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication and providing of MS. Stud of size 300x20mm for grouting in civil foundation fabricated by MS. Rod includes the charges of cutting, grinding, machining and threading, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Making electric connection, fixing of panel box by main supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement. The job also includes suitable size of cable its laying in ground & wall as required and connection to main LT panel with accessories etc.

Painting of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Fabrication/ supply of MS panji of suitable size operation as per required for manually Cleaning of floating material from the bar screen , as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Testing & commissioning of complete system as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.
