Periodical maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT) Crane of 2 Ton capacity each for 2 Nos of EOT crane, 11.5 mtrs span, 32.5 mtrs moving bay length,7 mtrs hook lift double girder pendent operated, EOT crane including 4 way LT shrouded Bus bar type DSL (Clear height above Gantry Girder is only 400 mm) Speed Hoist 4 mtr/min, LT 15 mtr/min, CT 12mtr/min Main hoist motor rating 3HP CT motor rating 1HP LT motor rating 0.5HPx2 Nos all motor of sqirrel cage crane duty motors, 40% CDF ,150 Sts/hr , power control voltage 415V , 3ph, 50Hz/110V ,1Ph,50 Hz including independent moving push button station for 11.5 mtrs, Lt cabling, painting of existing gantry & rail for 42 mtrs. including dismentling / replacing unserviceable parts with new parts at installation complete all as specified and as directed . Notes for Sl Item No. 1.01 :- (i) Contractor shall quote the rate for periodical maintenance of 2 Nos of EOT crane/per month ,nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii) Major Spare Parts/accessories required for rectification/maintenence of EOT shall be mesured seperately under relevent item of Sch A as a supply only ,whereas other minor Parts/accessories required for rectification/maintenence of EOT shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate,nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(iii) Contractor shall carry out necessary load testing after replacement of major parts of crane every time and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. However annual load testing of crane and necessary painting will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch A .Note: Contractor quoted rate shall be inclusive of Periodical maintenance for 2 EOT crane/per month

M&L for annual load testing of electrically operated travelling(EOT) Crane of 2 Ton capacity each for 2 Nos of EOT crane, 11.5 mtrs span, 32.5 mtrs moving bay length,7 mtrs hook lift double girder pendent operated,including transportation of load and its necessary equipments,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Contractor shall quote the rate for 2 Nos of EOT crane/per Job ,nothing shall be paid extra on this account..

M&L for rewinding the following capactiy 3 phase electric motors for hoist motion, LT motion, CT motion of crane with copper winding wire of gauge as per existing with class 'B' insulation including dismantling ,transporting, refixing and testing on load ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. for 3HP 3/6 Pole ,Sq Cage phase with 1450 RPM electric motor ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no 3.00 above but for 1HP electric motor.

All as per item no 3 above but for 0.5HP electric motor.

Supply only Flexible copper cable 12 core ,1.5 sqmm ,PVC insulated and sheathed of 1100 volts grade multi stranded in box girder between control panel to all motors for EOT crane ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
