M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for scraping of old distempered surfaces including preparation of old wall surfaces and applying 2 mm thick POP, finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory Made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick, consisting of frame made out of Mild Steel Tube of 19 Gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for Stiles and 15mm x 15mm for Top & Bottom Rails. Mild Steel Frame shall have a coat of Steel Primer of Approved Make and Manufacturer.
