Demolition of brick work or stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches,pillers etc. excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

Walling of random rubble masonry (best quality baklohi stone), uncourses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing weep holes (PCC bond stone shall be deducted from the composite quantity)all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No. 2 here-in-before but except stone retrieve from item No.1

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation filling and mass concrete(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified.

Material and labour Precast.C.C. 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in bond stone (for stone wallings), posts, columns, lintels, door cills and the similar work, set in cement mortar 1:4 etc

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in benching, coping,cills, apex stone, etc. including necessary form work

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone boulders at back of wall over arches etc and raising or lowering to the required level

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of beds & joints, as specified, of rendom rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm on granite or trape stone complete all as specifide.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoused or brought up to courses in CM 1:4

PVC pipes 75mm bore dia low density of pressure rating 10 kg/sqcm (in short length) fixed in walls as weep holes as in retaining wall complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces otherthan fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement conc. Of (unreinforcement) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in surface channel and drains all as specifide

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified & directed. (Inner girth only measured)

Demolition of cement conc.(unreinforced) as in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removal of demolished material to a distance exc. 50 mtr all as directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base and surface finished even and fair with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles (Vibrator made) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors over 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in base of flooring/hard standing finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expended metal, while the concrete is green. NOTE: Concrete in all items shall be mixed in Mixer and laid in Alternate Pannel Using steel Formwork as Directed by Engr -in- Charge

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' thickness 100mm

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh, any type

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded concrete including cleaning and cutting of grass, shurbs, bushes etc

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Excavation in post holes (or similar work) in any tgype of soil each n.exc. 0.50 cum,getting out, returnig filling, ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM, watering, and removal of surplus soil to a distence n.exc 50m and making good surface all as specifide and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link mild steel galvanished fencing 3.8mm dia of wire and mesh size 100 x 100 mm made upto matress lapped wire of any type of standards rail straining bolts including binding wire etc. complete all as specifide.

Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed 11 to 15 mm dia the other, or screw both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 CM n.exc 10 long all as specifide and as directed.

Mild steel flat iron as in hold fast and similar small articles, cut to length, bent to shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Conforming with Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165)

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Conforming with Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A

M&L for ornamental and interacted design frame work in steel gate complete drilled, welding for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , hooks hinges or steel hanging doors fitting also fastening and fixing complete all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
