Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. i. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation trenches hand packed and consolidated by hand ramming (Nallah).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: i. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. i. All works upto plinth level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. i. Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

i. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

ii. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

iii. Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

iv. Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

v. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded).

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. i. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. i. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing and fixing of stainless steel railing of specified grade (medium weight) to filter beds, balconies and similar works including baluster, handrail and including all necessary items required for installation like wall returns, wall mounts, end caps, connectors, mounting screws and anchors etc including carriage charges all complete job. (The same will be approved by site engineer as per estimated cost).

Providing and fixing of newel posts (master balusters) including newal caps, carriage all complete job, (the same will be approved by site incharge as per estimated cost).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

MARBLE STONE FLOORING Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: i. Raj Nagar plain

Extra for pre finished nosing to treads of steps of marble stone.

Supply and filling of sand dust in foundation with compact including all carriages upto site of work etc. complete.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking from Divisional Store to dumping site of work.

i. Cement and Steel for an avg. lead of 15Kms.

ii. Sand for an avg. lead of 25Kms

iii. Aggregate for an avg. lead of 25Kms

iv. Stone soling for an avg. lead of 25Kms.

Providing / fixing of double flanges CI sluice Valves conforming to IS 780 of 1984 read with upto date amendments, Kirloskar PN-I rating ift including cost of nuts, bolts, RI Cloth including all sorts of carriages upto site of work complete job including cost of pedestrals, extension rods upto working plateform and handles.

i. 200mm dia Sluice Valve.

ii. 350mm dia Sluice Valve.

iii. 100mm dia Sluice Valve.

Providing and incorporating during concreting GI Sheet strips water seal, 1.25mm nominal thick at construction joint including jointing of ends.

Providing and mixing of water proofing material for water retaining structures

Providing, laying and fitting charges of different dia DI/GI Pipes including all carriage complete job including joints of DI Pipes.

1. 100mm dia GI Pipe (medium class ISI marked cum registered / gem approved manufacturer as per IS:1239 Part I 2004 6th revision read with upto date amendments including all types of carriages and pipe specials).

2. 200mm dia DI Pipes (as per IS:8329 / 2000 read with upto date amendments from registered / gem approved manufacturers holding valid BIS license including all types of carriages and pipe specials).

3. 350mm dia DI Pipes (as per IS:8329 / 2000 read with upto date amendments from registered / gem approved manufacturers holding valid BIS license including all types of carriages and pipe specials).

Providing, laying and placing in position, filter media i.e. (Natural gravel of size 40mm to 2mm spherical as much as possible to be arranged in three layers of 200mm each as a graded material with coarse layer at bottom and fine at top in the range of 40mm-20mm, 20mm -15mm and Coarse Sand) in filter beds, properly graded, duly cleaned, washed and placed above and surrounding PVC under drainage pipes without causing any damage to these pipes including all carriages, leads lifts etc. up to site of consumption. The filter media shall conform to relevant IS: specification / referred to IS:8419 (Part-I) 1977 read with latest amendments. (Complete Job) including all carriages whatsoever involved.

Supplying and shrouding (laying) of activated carbon having Iodine valve of 900IV with bulk density of 520Kg/Cum. This item also includes all types of carriages upto site of work (complete job).

Providing and installation of 3-Phase 7.5HP/5.5KW submersible pumping unit Grundfost / KSB / Flowserve having (discharge head = 4 to 20m) including carriage all complete job. Including providing and fixing of the panel box (1 No. only) which shall consist of the following items. i. Starter 7.5KW, DOL L$T/BB ii. Submersible 10Sqm Havels / L$T. iii. 63A, 3-Phase MCCB, L$T/ABB, 50KA Breaking capacity. iv. Bus bar copper of aprop. System. v. 160A main MCCB (50KA) (1 No. only) vi. Single phase preventor vii. Providing and installation of 3-Phase 7.5HP/5.5KW vertical submersible pumping unit Grundfost / KSB/Flowserve having (discharge head = 4 to 20m) including carriage all complete job. Inlcuidng providing and fixing of the panel box which shall consist of the following items to existing activated carbon chamber. i. Starter 7.5KW, DOL, L$T/BB ii. Submersible 10Sqm Havels /L&T iii. 63A, 3-Phase MCCB, L$T/ABB, 50KA Breaking Capacity.
