Item No 14.47 Contd...... (b) An adequate door opening shall be provided at the base of the mast. The opening shall be such that it permits clear access to equipment’s lich winch, cable, wire rope, plug and socket etc. and also facilitates easy removal of the winch for servicing. The door opening shall be complete with a close fitting vandal resistant allen key locking with provision for external lock. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with adequate steel section so that the mast section at the base is unaffected, and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented under heavy wind condition. (c) Mast structure shall sustain as assumed maximum reaction arising from wind speed as per IS-875 (Part-3) 1987 (three seconds) which is measured at a height of 10 mtrs above ground level. (d) The high mast shall be provided with accessories which include a raising and lowering system (R&L), trailing cable, power tool, lighting finial and aviation obstruction warning light. (e) The wire ropes shall be of stainless steel grade AISI 304 with minimum 6 mm diameter and 7/19 construction. Its central cores shall be also SS and have a minimum breaking strength of 2400 Kgs. The power tool shall be integral type suitable for handling the total head load. It shall have a mechanical torque limiter to ensure safety and also a manual handle shall be provided.

(D) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the above offer. (E) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 125 KVA DG Set. (i) Tested by NABL approved lab as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure, however, the fuel storage shall be enough for 8 hrs continuous operation. If required contractor may arrange outside fuel storage capacity to achieve this (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - (a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. (b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick (c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff as per OEM/ as per standard manufacturing to achieve desired decibel level. (vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. (vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by LED fittings. (ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. (x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT control Panel of suitable size, CPRI type tested, factory fabricated totally enclosed, with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof, degree of protection not less than IP 55, as per IS -60947 : 2004 double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutterin rear side. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and copper bus bar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves and maintain the colour code and copper strip bus bar as per MCCB/ACB Amps rated to MCCB input and MCCB output of suitable length for connection of cablem from main bus bar. Panel shall be fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and pass through 11 tank process( certificate will be provided by the manufacturer) duly pre-treated and powder coated, framing with MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm and MC 100 channel base duly pre-treated and powder coated paint over exposed external and internal surfaces haveing proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with four sides slanting roof duly projected, and suitable for 415 V , 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire system including complete internal wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire and connections. The bottom of the outer shell shall be contained with detachable plate having provisions of entry of armoured cable of adaquate size with glands. Inner shell shall be compartmentalised for each control gear. Provision of two Nos treaded earthing stood at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 foundation of suitable size and depth( Minimum 30 cm below ground level and minimum 30cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed with and including the floowing accessories :-

S&F for flameproof, Integral LED Flying Saucer LED light fittings 40W including integral reflector made of aluminium alloy LM 6, with electronic driver, connector block etc including LED and all accessories pre-wired with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Flame Rotary Switch 6A SP with separate terminal junction box dual chamber complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Flame proof Switch Socket 6A SP with 3-Pin Plug and separate terminal junction box dual chamber complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F heavy duty Flame Proof exhaust fan 450 mm sweep MS Body, 3 wing 1400 rpm, single phase 230/240 volts copper wounds complete with all accessories as louvers shutters etc including making connection through 3 core PVC copper wire run through flexible pipe. Single phase type complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING. Dismantling old barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC/Steel fencing post complete all as directed.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-XIV (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) Note :- Amount of Rs. 6,63,500.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ
