Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of copper refrigeration pipe line for liquid and Suction line including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft drawn copper refrigerent piping for Package/ Ductable/ Concealed Split/ Room AC system, complete with fittings with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/ brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class - O tubular insulation/ with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 9mm. thickness for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required & as per direction of EIC with proper mending good damages to original finish. Mk. of Cu pipe - Rajco/ Ryoku/ Mandev/ Nippon Mk. of Nitrile Rubber Insulation - Aeroflex/ K-flex/ Accroflex/ Armacell.

Supply & laying of 1" dia.drain Water piping work out of UPVC/ HDPE hard pipes (Supreme, ISI Marked) incl. fitting , accessories bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tapings, etc. insulated with 9mm. Thick nitrile rubber tube insulation.

Suply , Fiting & Fixing in position suspended boxing for ducting with frame work of alluminium hollow section of size 50mm X 25 mm (2.0 mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38 mm X 25 mm X , Suspended by alluminium hollow tube section of size 38 mm X 25 mm, 25mm X 25mm powder coated wall angle with alluminium composite panel of thickness 3.0 mm comprising of protective film , polyester coating primer, alluminium coil , adhesive film , polyethelene core again with one layer adhesive film , alluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with alluminium screw and silicon sealent including suitable arrangement for grill fixing complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Fixing of underdeck insulation with 50mm thick TF quality Expanded polysterene slab(Make-Thermowell/ Board sell)

Supply and installation of trap door of 1600 mm x 600 mm and 9 mm thickness made of aluminium channel & ply wood for IDU maintenance.
