Item Description

1) Excavation for foundation / pipe trenches in hard murum and boulders, W.B.M. road including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 M beyond the area and lifts as below, stacking and spreading as directed by Engineer-in-charge, normal dewatering, preparing the bed for foundation and excluding backfilling, etc. complete. (Bd- A-3/259) 1.1Lift 0 to 1.5 M

2) Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

3) Excavator (JCB JS 80 )

4) Providing of Jeep/vehicle for conveying surey material, Engineers, labours etc. complete

5) Providing and laying in situ Cement Concrete M-15 of trap/ granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, form work, compaction, curing, etc. complete. 5.1 (Cement 5.90 bags / cum) Spec. No. - Bd E /1 Page No. 287 and B-7, Page No. 38 5.1.12) In PCC M-150

6) Providing first class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional / I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:4 including scaffolding, racking out joints pointing in C.M. 1:3 and watering in pillars of rectangular or square shape as shown on the drawing or as directed etc.complete.

7) Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1Kilogramper cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.

8) Systematically cleaning /functioning/ non-functioning sewer of 150mm dia to 230 mm dia sewer by passing ropes knots, bamboo kamti and disc. Of required size as directed and specified including safety measures such as tests for gases, use of safety belts, dry cell, tourches, or lighting in manholes & drains as directed and specified within radius of 300 meters including taking cell, tourches, or lighting in manholes & drains as directed and specified within radius of 300 meters including taking precautionary and safety measures such as test for gases spreading bleaching powder on the depot of the removed silt etc. complete or as directed(For payment purpose 30% voids for silt would be deducted and for stone or boulders 40% would be deducted on the depot measurement).

9) Desilting functioning/non-functioning of sewers of any size and shape upto any depth by any means including pumping out liquid waste or sewage, plugging, diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt in the depots as directed within radius of 300 meters including taking precautionary and safety measures such as test for gases spreading bleaching powder on the depot of the removed silt etc. complete or as directed(For payment purpose 30% voids for silt would be deducted and for stone or boulders 40% would be deducted on the depot measurement).

10) Providing and laying 125 micron Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) sheet confirming to IS 3395 : 1997 below concrete pavement including all materials and labour complete.

11) Dewatering on BHP basis by using water pump including diversion of stream, providing cofferdams, earthern bunds etc. as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of the the works and pumping out water during and after excavation as may be required by using 5.0 to 9.0 BHP pump etc. complete. (prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary)

12) Repairing HDPE line by extrusion welding. (Rate Excluding GST)

13) Cleaning the drainage lines including removing choke up by using hydrojets including charges of machinery, skilled/unskilled labours with all required safety devices,. The item also includes disposal of all types of sludge, solid materials removed from lines in to sludge drying beds at designated place for further treatment. The item rate is excluding GST.

14) Providing supplying operating of Super Sucker 8 hrs shift cleaning machine 9000 IR with required manpower & fuel for the period as & when asked for by MIDC Engineer-In-charge for underground drainage system. The Super Sucker system shall consists of vehicle mounted super sucker machine mounted on 25 GVW chasses & dump tank on 16 GVW chassis with adequate trained manpower with fuel, oil, repairs & maintainance for trouble free operations Technical specifications 1) Vehical mounted super sucker macine mounted on 25 GVW. 2) Vehicle mounted dump tank on mounted on 16 GVW CHASSIS,3) Vaccum pump 4000 cum/hrFAD 80 % max vaccum 4)High pressure jetting pump with 260 LPM capasity &pressure 140 bar 5)high pressure jetting hose 3000 PSI,25 mm dia,120 m length 6)Suction hose with quick couplers -30 m.. 15) Providing /supplying/operating of grab bucket specially designed to quickly and safely clean out the silt sludge and other waste material from manhole or any other chamber located at up to depth of 12 meter on hire basis without necessiating man entry. The equipment shall be mounted on TATA ACE or similar vehicle. The broom shall be telescopic type and the grab bucket shall be operated hydraulically with required manpower and fuel etc for the specified period for under ground drainage system etc complete with adequate manpower, fuel, oil, repair and maintainance for trouble free operations.Payment to be made performance) based on hourly basis converting hours in shift of 8 hrs.ltem rate includes cost of vehicle, fuel,vehicle service, men, operators,drivers, insurance of all workers, safety equipments, all taxes etc complete. 16) Providing, Laying and Jointing HDPE pipes of PE-80 grade and PN-6 class with butt joints etc. complete as specified and directed 16.1 200 mm dia (OD)

17) Providing and constructing on sewer, B. B. masonry circular manhole with concentric cone 1.2 M dia. at bottom and 0.5 M dia. at top and upto a depth of 2.00 M with 23 cm brick work in CM 1:4 proportion excluding excavation including foundation concrete 250 mm thick and haunches and channels in C. C. 1:2:4 proportion, finishing channels in smooth rendering, providing C.I. dapuri type steps each weighing 5.5 kg., 1:2:4 coping and providing and fixing approved make and quality S.F.R.C. frame and cover of 56 cm dia. etc. complete as directed by Engineerin- charge.

19) Providing & constructing manhole chamber of 1200 mm x 900 mm x 1500 mm deep (Internal Size) size in B.B. masonry 2nd class of 230 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, with foundation concrete 200 mm thick in C.C. 1:2:4 with 230 mm thick soling, plastered on inner faces 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 with fine cement finish of 1.5 mm thick and sand faced plaster on outer faces 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, including curing, cost of all labour, material, loading, unloading and transportation charges of material, including providing & fixing in position FRP Cover of size 1200 x 1200 with frame of HP Brand of 5 ton load capacity etc. complete. 20) Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

21) Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

22) Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all position including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

23) Providing fine cement finish 1.5 mm thick over green plaster surface including scaffolding curing etc. complete.

25) Providing, hoisting and fixing at all level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, drain covers, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centering, shuttering and reinforcement, of Nominal Mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
