Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using II class chamber bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8"x 23/4" for superstructure including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete. (As instructed by the Engineer at site)

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing the concrete roof ceiling by chipping and removing the cracked or any other pre applied mortar,applied one coat RHEOMIX 141 admixed with the cement over the exposed and cleaned concrete surface as per the manufacturer's specification, plastering with micro concrete over the spalled concrete surface and finishing with 1:5 cement mortar including all costs.

Providing and laying weather proof tiles 300mmx300mm size over screed concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 6mm HBG metal with average thickness of 50 mm for required gradient and using best quality of one course of weather proof cooling white tiles of approved quality using in CM 1:3, 12mm thick and using 3mm spacer and pointing with water Repellent U Bond and grout including cost of all materials, transport curing etc., complete.

Providing non slippery tiles of size 30x30x6mm laid in cement mortor 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg per Sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface labour charges and lead,lift,etc.complete.

Supplying and fixing (oriya pan type) Indian Water closet with white glazed pan of size with 'P' or strap with sand cushion and flooring around the water closet using 20mm broken brick jelly in line concrete of 10cm thick laying including cost of all material, labour ,lead, lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing White glazed wash basin of size (550x400mm) fixed on cast iron bracket including cost of all material, labour, lead,lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing White glazed lipped urinals flat back type of size (430-267mm) fixed on wall and filling the gaps with white cement including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 10Kg PVC pipe of approved quality size of 25mm dia including cost of specials, all other materials required, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete.

Minor repair work for doors, windows, ventilator like welding work, hinge replacement, alignment, replacing damaged glass, painting etc complete as per the instruction of Engineer Incharge at site.,

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling for lights and fans with PVC accessories in flush with wall with metal switch box and 5A Modular switchs with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire, making good of concealed portion with suitable color of concealed light point / fan point with 5A Modular switch, ceiling rose, including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, labour, transport, T&Ps, etc, complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge at site. Supplying and fixing of 9W LED light fitting including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc complete as per instruction of engineer incharge at site.

Supply and providing UPVC door as per standard specification as directed by Engineer incharge at site (M-0673)

Supply and providing UPVC ventilator as per standard specification as directed by Engineer incharge at site (M-0675)

Supplying and fixing of Pre-fabricated structural steel, coated galvalume roofing sheet of 0.5mm thick including cost of all lead, lift etc complete (HW-W0052) (Pg.324)

Supplying and providing G.I hollow section of required size and including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, welding charges, etc complete as per the instruciton of engineer at site.
