M&L preparation of old painted surface of wall by working, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of painted and applying one coat of weather proof paint (exterior grade) all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint walls complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed & complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), solid blocks masonry exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, cills, benching of manholes, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use & waste of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete Type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in srface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified. (Inner girth only shall be measured).

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

M&L pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

S&F for mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L Plain cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for grouting post complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface.over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F for 1mm thick PVC Coated chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mmx75mm made up 4mm dia MS galvanized wire to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of GI wire binding complete all as specified and as directed.

Desilting of storm water drains including dewatering, and removing soil/ muck to outside the MD land complete all as specified.
