Refixing existing old serviceable cast iron soil, waste/ vent pipes of 100mm dia in old position in cement joints after through cleaning of pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. Comprising with the following operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100m & n. exc 250m. (b) 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth. (c) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @0.25 liters per sqm conforming IS-3384. (e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on tranverse direction and 75mm in longgitudinal direction. (f) One coat of aluminium paiint over the APP based membrane @0.11 kg/Sqm.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished even and smooth without extra cement for padding concrete with minimum thickness of 25mm with a slope of 1:40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling in depression of roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete at any description or at any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A0 as in Chajja complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 as in floor, sunken, portion,foundation, mass concrete etc and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F TMT bars (Fe-500D) 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, toughs and similar items including edges for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC Tank cover for water tank of any capacity with proper locking arrangement with GI wire and sealed with copper including taking down unserviceable tank cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks of capacity 2000 litre hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying first coat of cement slurry in sunken floor @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composit compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm, this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours & second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cemntitous compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours & applying 200 micron thick polythene film paste with help of adhesive shall be provided over treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick as in ceiling, chajja built in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound in liquid form as required (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying rising damp proof coating system with single component ready to use damp-proof coating roff hydamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Surface Preparation : Throughly brush and clean all laitance, loose particles such as dirt, grease, mortar droppings, release agentws, efforescence, bird droppings etc, all large voids or hollow portions must be filled with polymer based crack filler. (b) Application : Apply the first coat of hydamp with paint brush directly on the prepared surfaces allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs. Apply one part of Roff Hydamp and part of OPC white cement and make the putty Apply putty on the entire surface area. Allow it to dry for atleast 3-4 hours. Apply the final coat of Roff Hydamp on the entire surface.

Taking down chowkat with shutter without taking off shutter from frame n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
