Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 4.4.5 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 20% Stone

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.3 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: 7.3.1 With bond stone.

Backfilling behind with stones in abutment, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specifications 50% stone &50% Earth complete Job (Less 50% stone available)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 5.1.2 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level 5.22.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
