ALUMINUM PARTITION WORK Providing & fixing alumimium partition to the required height partly glazed and partly paneled or fully glazed or fully paneled using aluminum section of finish anodizing of required size for bottom, top, middle & vertical rails at required intervals paneling with 12mm thick Nosva pan or ancholam both side pre-laminatd board fixed with sloping aluminium beading around with neoprene gasket glazing with 5.5mm forsted/ bajri/ plain glass of approved make ,fixed with alumimium channel beading two way PVC lining/ rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and Nos rattling including providing necessary cover mold using suitable alumimium section so as to take care of gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions etc. including providing and fixing necessary fittings as specified and directed. Partly glazed partly paneled.

ALUMINIUM SHUTTER Providing fixing door frame & shutter side hung to consist of partly glazed partly paneled/ fully paneled/ fully glazed with 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality y plain or frosted of bajri glass of approved make , pilkinten fixed with two WAY PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure Nostes tightness and Nos rattling and paneling with 12mm thick Nova pan or Ancholme finished on both side as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame 45 45mm satin finish anodized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts of Archies/Everite make Mortice lock of Laxmi/Gold locks with keys hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement hydraulic door closer/ floor spring of Hence/Hyper/Everite make of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed. With powder coated or Anodized

Removing the existing PVC flooring along with handing over serviceable material and disposal of waste as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying poly vinyl chloride (PVC) rolls flooring 2 MM THICK of Premium Quality manufactured of approved make and approved pattern for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing cement tile or concrete of plastered floor finish with suitable adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications. The existing flooring surface to made rough, fill the undulations and apply epoxy-based resin, avoid bubble formation while execution of work.

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with near over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

VETRIFIED DADO/ FLOOR TILES Providing & laying polished vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water resistant less than 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colors & shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60 cm (2' x 2') (joint free) on existing plaster surface made rough before fixing tiles.

Removing existing false ceiling of any material and any size with all necessary allied works, removing out debris out of TMH premises as directed by Engg-incharge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Aluminum sheet having electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending.

Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) curtain wall system of 4mm thick matching existing ACP Panel or approved color and make fixing over aluminum frame of 50mm x 25mm thick in grid form including cutting bending, ACP to required size and shape, fixing on Aluminum frame with weather Silicon sealant and finishing the groove with black color sealant as per manufacturer’s specification complete all-inclusive of wastage, labor, shifting, transportation etc. as directed and instructed by Engineer in charge. for trap door etc.
