Note : Necessary arrangements for empty bottle, sealing to bottle, tpt from site to laboratory and back should be included in quoted rates.

(a) first stage is Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Second stage is Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 chemical and scrubbing the wall of tank all complete. (c) Third stage Cleaning inside surface of the tank with fresh water by high speed jet pump all complete. (d) Fourth stage is First bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK G5 a laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TERBAC-G5 from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilisation should be submitted to the office before using for sterilisation all complete. (e) Fifth stage is Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner all complete. (f) Six stage is the second bacteria screening for sterlisation by using UV rays ejactor covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria all complete. (g) Seven stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening for sterlisation by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBACK G65. Test certificate of terabac G65 for government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for sterilisation. Note : (1) The entire work should be carried out be TANKCLEAN process bt any franchises or M/s RAYS CLEANTECH or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology, Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of terabac-G5, terabac-G65. (2) Entire T& P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. M & L for Repaired and Maintenance of fire alarm system at Azadhind Nagar (Netaji & Bapuji Bldg), Jetty (Technical Bldg) including necessary inspection, testing and minor repair to manual call points, hooter, fire detector, fire alarm panel, transmitter, DC battery to keep the complete system serviceable including following works to be carried. Note: (i) checking of battery specific gravity, battery charging circuit, checking of wiring circuit of fire alarm system, manual call points, fire alarm panel and zonal panels all are included in quoted rate. (ii) Replacement of necessary borken/damaged cover glass, switch, spring, as and when/where required are included in quoted rate. (iii) Non Attending of system breakdown will attract penalty @ Rs 1000/- per day.

M & L for Repaired and Maintenance of fire fighting system at Azadhind Nagar, Jetty area, Vikram Enclave and DHQ including necessary inspection, testing and minor repair to fire hydrant, fire hose box, fire pumps, fire panels, fire hose, fire pipes etc to keep the complete system serviceable including following works to be carried. Note : (i) Checking of all fire pumps connection, noise, vibration, starter panel, voltmeter, Ammeter, electrical control panel, batteries, fan belt, temperature gauge, fuel gauge of diesel engine, diesel tank flow pipe condition, display pipe condition all are included in quoted prices. (ii) Servicing of all Gate / Butterfly Valves, Non return Valves, Air Vessel, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches and other related accessories therein, servicing/ cleaning/ color of Delivery Hose coupling Lugs, coupling washers, Binding state of Delivery hoses, Hose Cabinets/Boxes, Intactness of glasses of Hose Boxes all are included quoted prices. (iii) Replacement of broken glass of hose cabinet and manual call point, pumps and valves gaskets, greasing of all pumps shaft, cleaning of all pumps all are included in quoted prices. (iv) Replacement of all minor parts and spares such as gasket, oil grease & gland packing, polish paper, distilled water for battery terminals, cotton cloth and all types of washers of valves would be done at no extra cost and as and when required. (v) Non Attending of system breakdown will attract penalty @ Rs 1000/- per day.
