Taking down serviceable/unserviceable LT cable for repair/ replacement etc (from cable duct/underground trench / pole), stacking properly (cable, pipe and bricks) of size 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately.

S&F hot dipped galvanised (Z+) wiremesh cable tray outdoor type with wire dia from 3.9 mm to 5.9 mm of size 3000mm X 105mm X 300mm including supports, manufactured with a longitudinal 'T' welded safety edge. Trays shall be constructed with 50mm /100 mm mesh configuration. Accessories for coupling and making 'T's and bends CE25/CE30 screw based system combination must be used and mounting accessoriesare required of same finish of same manufacturer as per the site requirement (ceiling/wall mounted). trays should comply Standard EN ISO14 61: at least 550 hours of SST. The deflection of cable tray must be within 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the Standard IEC 61537. Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 metres taking into account the maximum load carrying capacity as authorised by the manufacturer. Assembly with fire resistant properties must have E30/E90 certificates. The load capacities of the brackets and the hanger torques must be tested in accordance with the Standard IEC 61537. (Note :- Necessary earth work to be measured and paid separately)

S&F heat shrinkable straight through cable joining kit for 1100V grade XLPE insulated sheathed, armoured stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core 240 sqmm compete with joining material all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised strip 25 x 4 mm for connection of earthing with LT Panel Board, buried in ground complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Earth strip shall be measured beyond 7.5 metres from the earth plate)

S&F air termination, single pointed copper rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, fixed on GI pipes with earthing strips for earth coductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: GI pipe & earthing strip shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F test point terminal block, made of gun metal or phosporous beonze of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia and 25 mm long hex screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper strip 20 mm X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including provn of porcelain insulator @ 1.0 m spacing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and approved maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Ally coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns). Earthing system shall conform to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3 mm and 26.4 mm dia, 3 metres length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes shall be filled up with Compact Fill (CF) crystalline conductive compound. The Compact Fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes necessary Excavation and earthwork for pits and returning and fillings complete by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comound (Ground enhancer). The back fill compound should be eco friendly and should not contain environmentally hazardous materials/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. CONTD........

Earth used shall be free from any foreign materials/chemicals to fill the excavated Pits by mixing the same with BFC (as required by not less than 50 Kg) including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregates and RCC pre-cast cover slab of size 450 x 450 x 50 mm in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates, reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways or FRP pit cover complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES :- 1) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/test point shall not be more than 01 Ohm. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised trained rep of the OEM or experienced workmen as approved by GE.)
