Taking down cement plastering of any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish off the premises

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10 mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. M&L for APP based polymeric memberane minimum weighing 3.0kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms /Sqm) laid over primed surface including bitumenous primer conforming to IS 3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm by torching method including removal of old WPT all as specified and directed. (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm. (58.10*0.3+10.50) = 27.93 . (ii) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @100ml/sqm = 20.8+16.60 = 37.40 Total = 27.93+37.40 = 65.33

Material and labour for roof treatemnts as follows:- (a) M&L chip our the existing loosed bitumen/bitumen membrane completely reach up mother slab, clean the surface throughly to make it smooth and free of any foreign material, repairs the concrete wherever damaged using PMM HS repairo, repairing of construction joints/cracks by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in HS repairo, coving of 75 x75mm should be made at the junction of wall and raft slab using polymerized cement mortar 1:4 admixed with advanced latex plus. (b) Applying one coat of 50% duluted self priming PU roof coat Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coar and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coats. (c) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied watered polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or equivalent at 0.6kg/sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating used in Roofing ) Each coat should allow to dry 4-6hours the component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3 kg/per litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats. SRI value should be more than 100. the Quoted rate shall include surface preparation, repair the crack in morther slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufature, making coving at junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufactures specification and direction of the Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
