CU 4A Pump - Horizontal single stage centrifugal Pumps (split casing) –Engine driven Charges for dismantling suction/Delivery lines , priming lines, de-couple the pump from the prime mover and remove the pump from the base frame. Recondition the pump with all required spare parts , like Ball bearings, gun metal wear rings, Brass bushes , lock nut, cast iron end covers, other accessories, required fasteners, gaskets,etc., assemble the pump, install the pump on the base frame and connect suction/delivery/priming lines ,Drive and Non-drive end gland packing to be changed, etc., check the alignment, testing for gland leaks and commissioning of pump set , painting base plate and pump set with one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats final epoxy base painting with colours mentioned below: as detailed in Schedule-A Base plate : Grey Pump: Yellow (All the required materials for the above work shall be arranged by the contractor)
Twin screw Pump – Motor driven Charges for dismantling suction/Delivery lines, priming lines, de-couple the pump from the Motor and remove the pump from the base frame. Recondition the pump with all required spare parts, like Ball bearings, Mechanical seals, fasteners, gaskets, etc., assemble the pump, install the pump on the base frame and connect suction/delivery/priming lines, couple the pump with motor, check the alignment, testing and commissioning of pump set painting base plate and pump set with one coat of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats final epoxy base painting with colours mentioned below: as detailed in Schedule-A Base plate: Grey Pump: Yellow (All the required materials for the above work shall be arranged by the contractor)
