Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of grade B-III, 7mm thick of size 450mm x 350mm or 350mm x 250mm or of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over and including a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles (Ultra) of any size/shape, 22-25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement and pigments match to tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
