Caliberation/Servicing/Overhauling & testing and commissioning of factory manufactured, HT 11 KV Phase 3 wire 50 C/S 400 Amps, 18.4 KA single panel switch board, vertical isolation and horizontal draw out type vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) confirming to IS-13118, EIC-56 totally enclosed, single busbar floor mounting metal clad indoor extendible fully interlock complte comprising the following :- (a) CTs primary current injection test . (b) IR values of CTs (c) Ratio test of PTs and IR value (d) Protection relays testing through secondary current injection kit (e) Voltmeter, ammeter functional testing (f) Breaker testing for tripping time, closing time, contact resistance values and physically healthyness of Vaccum interuptor. Note:- 1. Wiring of Control Panels of VCBs, wiring of WTI, OTI, CTs, PTs will be including quoted rate. 2. Contractor will be responsible for arranging the expert for checking and rectification/Alteration of control wiring of safety relays.

Supply & Fixing in repair post insulator, porcelain, vitreous, with hardware fitting complete for 33000 volts grade all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair/Replacement of lightening arrestors 33 KV, 10 KA, LD Class 2 Station type Class including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connection to earth with 32x6mm GI strip complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-OBLUM, Jaipuria Brothers or equivalent.

Material and labour for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators (as per site) & 3 insulators double stack type rotating type and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 33000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including DO & drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified. S&F in repair, Master Trip relay 24 Volts DC complete in existing VCB of CG make all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Easun Reyrolle, Schneider, Alstom, ABB or equivalent.

S&F in repair Auxilary relay 110 Volts DC complete in existing VCB of CG make all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Alstom, Ashida, Easuna Reyrolle, Schneider or equivalent.

S & F in repair of Voltmeter for VCB 11 KV, 110 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- AE, Siemens, Power India or equivalent.

S & F in repair of Ampere Meter for VCB 11 KV, 110 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- AE, Siemens, Power India or equivalent.

S&F in repair, Indication Lamp RGB with holder complete 110 Volts DC complete in existing VCB of CG make all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of HRC Fuse 5 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- L&T, Eaton, ABB, C&S or equivalent.

S&F in repair, Multi Functional meter for 11 KV VCB complete in existing VCB of CG make all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Scheinder, Secure, Sai Creation Ghaziabad or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair of Over Current and Earth fault IDMT protection relay (digital relay) type CGI 14 N,24/110 Volts complete necessary connection and testing in existing VCB of CG make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Crompton Greeves, ABB, L&T, Alstom or equivalent.

Supply and fixing in repair Universal Motor (spring charge for 11 KV VCB) 220 volt AC/DC type PMR5 in existing VCB of CG Make- Delco, Siemens, BHEL or equivalent.

S&F in repair PT fuse suitable for 33/11 KV in existing VCB of CG make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration of transformer oil (mounted on poles/platform/Power Transformer etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achieve dielectric strength of 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, filling & topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength 50 KV minimum for voltage stablizer, transformer, OCB's and PTS complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Apar, Power, Velvex
