Supply of of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle (Male & Female Esna connector) suitable for 1 x 6sqmm Unarmoured Copper Conductor Cable of 5KV grade

Supply of Medium intensity elevated type omni directional LED Taxiway Edge Light fittings with all accessaries including blue outer lens, CI base plate, Electronic converter, Gasket etc complete complying as per ICAO standards and attached specifications (AMA ALED or equivalent)

Supply of Cylindrical Cast Iron transformer housing box with machined top of size 330mm outer dia and 400mm long having 216mm dia clear hole on top with six numbers tapped holes for 3/8" X 1" size cadmium plated threaded bolts including providing 2 no's collars for 40mm dia GI pipe entry as per drawing, painting the box with anti corrossive red oxide and two coats of black enamel etc. as required.(44 kg/box)

Supply of 15Watts, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for Taxi way LED type fittings, series type encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary connections as per specifications and as required.

Supply of Main Control Card including RMS to DC converter Card (4kW CCRS to 50kW CCRS) suitable for NASU make Constant Current Regulators(CCRs)

Supply of Power Supply + Driver Card (4kW CCRS to 50kW CCRS) suitable for NASU make Constant Current Regulators(CCRs)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Microprocessor Controlled Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of 4kW capacity for airfield lighting circuit with tapping provision suitable for input voltage of 240V AC (+10%, -5%), 50 Hz power supply having output current of 6.6 A with five step brilliancy control on local and remote, minimum overall efficiency of 90% with open circuit, over current, earth fault protection etc including necessary mounting arrangements laying remote cable from CCR to remote junction box and integrating CCR with existing remote desk of NASU make complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Microprocessor Controlled Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of 30kW capacity for airfield lighting circuit with tapping provision suitable for input voltage of 415V AC (+10%, -5%), 50 Hz power supply having output current of 20A with five step brilliancy control on local and remote, minimum overall efficiency of 90% with open circuit, over current, earth fault protection etc including necessary mounting arrangements laying remote cable from CCR to remote junction box and integrating CCR with existing remote desk of NASU make complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC / HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Installation of cylindrical type cast iron transformer housing boxes in soil by providing 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Sand : 4 graded stone 20mm size) around and bottom of the CI boxes after making suitable pit,making rectangular/ round cement pedestal of 1mtr x 1mtr in cement concrete 1:2:4,finishing the surface with cement plaster etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor type Feeder pillar made out of single door Thermoplastic/Polycarbonate enclosure of minimum IP65 & IK-08 protection weather proof, dust and vermin proof, environmental friendly, UV resistant, fire retardent etc conforming to IEC 60439-1 / NBC-2016 with upto date amendments and size not less than 0.30 Mtr.(W) x 0.60 Mtr.(H) x 0.20 Mtr.(D) complete with rubber gasket, cable entry provision, earthing terminals, providing 2 nos of 63A Kitkat type Porcelain Fuse, providing legs of 2 Nos, 50mm dia 'B' Class GI pipe of required height, breakable coupling, flanges, foundation bolts, cement concrete foundation of 300mm x 200mm x 600mm depth for mounting legs and cement concrete hard stand of 1Mtr. X 1Mtr X 0.10 Mtr thick around the feeder pillar etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/HDPE,/ METAL pipe/DWC as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct / trench as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

SH - II - ITC: Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm. plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sqmm single core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5KV grade including connecting the isolating transformers, applying HT insulation tape and over which PVC tape on the connections etc. as required.

I/T/C of AFL fittings on the existing transformer housing with 3/8"X1" cadmium plated bolts and spring washer i/c making earth connection with the fitting using lugs, connection with departmentally supplied isolated transformer after connection with Esna connector , etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 x 25 Sq.mm Armoured Aluminium conductor.

Supplying and making end termination with Nylon cable Gland ( PG type) and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 5KV grade as required. 1 x 6 Sq.mm Unarmoured Copper conductor.
