Comprehensive maintenance of DG Sets & AMF Panel of Make as mentioned against each DG Sets below including preventive maintenance checks of engine and alternator for trouble free function as per recommendation and attending break down/complaint as and when on required basis, monthly maintenance on regular basis complete with preventive maintenance ('B' check) twice a year including replacement of engine oil/coolant, replacement of required necessary spares and replacement of all types of filters, belts along with rectification of minor defects and cleaning of air filters/breather, coolant tank with blower and labour for filling/topping up and tuning of engine for DG set as listed below complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The rates quoted against for Ser item No 1.01 to 1.07 items shall be applicable for a period of 01 Month.

NOTES:- (a) After monthly maintenance, the work to be certified by JE (E/M)/Engr-In-Charge on Job Card. (b) Cost of materials and labour as mentioned in below are not included with Comprehensive Maintanance. (c) The Comprehensive maintenance of work shall be done through respective OEMs or their authorised dealers. (d) The contractor shall carry out routine checking of the complete DG Sets and rectify the minor/major defects noticed immediately. If complaints were not attended within one hours a penalty of Rs 500 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues. (e) Contractor has to carry out monthly maintenance with examination of suction and exhaust valves for smooth operation of DG Sets. (f) Contractor shall be responsible to monitor the followings of all DG Sets during Comprehensive Maintenance and the cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate:- (i) Examination and cleaning of fuel injection, nozzles. (ii) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required, (iii) Changing of oil filters, fuel filters screen filters assy. (iv) Maintenance of coolant level all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (v) Change of Hydraulic governor oil (vi) Change of oils (vii) Clean alternator winding in position by forced air and internal surfaces lubricate DE & NDE bearings (viii) Tightining of all nut bolts. (ix) Greasing of all points. (x) Test IR value of alternator winding and recording the readings (xi) Checking of any leaking in fuel & oil lines and rectification of the same. (xiii) Any other check as reqd for efficient running of equipment all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xiv) The rates quoted against the above mentioned items is deemed to be included for cost of labour, cost of T & P required for replacement of unserviceable parts and cost of handling / transportation of defective item to & from civil workshop for repair if required. Spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.Supply only items labour cost is deemed to be included in this item. (xv) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor. The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of Control assembly for DG Set capacity 40 to 200 KVA with necessary modification to controll wiring, replacement of controll relays , programming with all the parameters for safety protection and running suitable for the existing DG sets. .

Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the replaced spares / parts, transportation cost from site of installation to contractor's repair workshop and back.

(c) Tractor/truck with driver for disposal of sewage sludge and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline ) and depositing the same to the location where approved by PCB or as directed.

(d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited out side of Military contonment and out side location as mentioned above.

(e) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed.

(f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of treated water tank at Anand Parbat at KLP loaction STP of storage capacity of water 50000 gallons, filter feed tank of capacity 63 cum and chlorine contact tank of capacity 17 cum thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from the tank by following method :-

(a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

(b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed.
