Dismentalling of insulators, any type any size and transport to store for reuse complete all as specifed directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 02 here-in-before above but in depth exc 1.5 mtr and not exc 3 m, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2,(using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete as complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, Copings, steps, seismic and other similar bends and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete in foundation of poles streets and stays 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone) aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced, of any size (as required ), including stretching, fixing and binding to insulator on OH/HT line service feeders with aluminium binding wire or aluminium tapes which shall not be included in weight of conductor, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer,fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of HT overhead lines on 11 meter steel poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core X 185 sqmm +1 X 150 sqmm for fixing including arrangement of hooks on poles complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, fixing and testing of HT overhead lines on 11 meter steel poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3 core X 95 sqmm +1 X 70 sqmm for fixing including arrangement of hooks on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, horizonal mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated with ertical isolation , mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operation rod of 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe with locking arrangement including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys for current rating 200 amp HT 11 KV with and including drop fuse set with 12 insulators and making all incoming/outgoing connections including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately), Diameter of stay rod in 20 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) Grade cable for Outdoor termination, Heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core AB cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles erected truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 300x300x6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to pole, B-118 final, taper cap,bolts,nuts & screws,poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-11 type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) including drilling of holes of reqd size foe fixing of cross arm, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with black & bitumenous paint externally for portition embedded in concrete, making five black & red bands at lower portition of pole each 300 mm wide alternately,and making pole NO.with black paint at suitable height complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate,with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4,funnel with wire gauge of (0.68) 8 mesh per liner inch,80mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mmx320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM,JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium graded GI pipe,and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer neutral/body/LT panel etc.and testing on completeion complete all as spec ified and directed. NOTE: The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5m long galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore medium graded ,GI medium graded 20mm bore watering pipe
