Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C. Settling Tank of capacity 263 KL, including raw water inlet and outlet arrangements with necessary pipe fittings and specials, provision of sludge withdrawal and washout system with valves and chambers, access manholes with covers, M.S. ladder/railing for operation and maintenance, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Chingei site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of R.C.C. Slow Sand Filter of total capacity 289 KL with 2 (two) filter beds, including provision of suitable under-drainage system with strainer nozzles, clear water collection chamber with inlet and outlet pipe fittings, washout system with valves and inspection chambers, internal pipe fittings, suitable filter media (graded gravel and sand) conforming to relevant IS specifications, provision of manholes, ladders/railings for operation and maintenance, smooth finishing of all surfaces, curing, satisfactory water-tightness test, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Chingei site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Construction of Land Development works for an area of 138.55 sqm at Chingei site, including clearing and grubbing, earthwork excavation, filling, leveling, compaction in layers, disposal of surplus earth, turfing/stone soling as required, surface dressing, and all allied civil works, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing compound wall (20Rm) and Design, Drawing and Construction of compound wall for a length of 76.44 Rm at Chingei site, including dismantling and removal of existing structures and debris, earthwork in excavation, foundation, R.C.C. columns, brick masonry wall, coping, plastering, finishing, painting, and all allied civil works, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Pump House having plinth area 15.10 sqm at Intake for Chingei WTP, comprising R.C.C. columns, lintel, brick masonry walls, ramp, suitable steel trusses with CGI roofing, doors and windows, complete internal and external electrification with good finish, provision of pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, smooth finishing and painting, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Improvement of the following existing treatment units: (a) Ground Sump (19 m x 16 m x 3 m) at Chingei site, including demolition of existing roof slab and removal of debris, cleaning of the ground sump, surface preparation and providing necessary R.C.C jacketing to walls and floor, construction of new R.C.C. roof slab with required pipe fittings, specials and accessiories, finishing, curing and water-tightness test complete making it serviceable.

(b) Overhead Tank (600 KL) at Chingei site, including cleaning of tank, surface preparation, providing necessary R.C.C jacketing to walls, top and bottom dome, completion of spiral column with stair of 1m height, providing necessary pipe fittings with valves and specials, lighting arrestor, manhole cover, G.I. railings for stairs, walkway and passages, finishing with painting and water-tightness test complete making it serviceable.

(c) Pumphouse (47.7 sqm) at Chingei site, including demolition of existing C.G.I roofing and concrete floor, providing new G.S sheet roofing and new cement concrete flooring, replastering of columns, new brick wall of 5.3m length, installation of door and window with frame complete making it serviceable..

(d) Chowkidar Quarter (60 sqm) at Chingei site including wall plastering, cement concrete flooring and painting complete making it serviceable.

(e) Overhead Tank (300 KL) at Shribon site, including cleaning of tank, surface preparation, providing necessary R.C.C jacketing to walls, water proofing and repair for top dome, providing necessary pipe fittings with valves and specials, lighting arrestor, manhole cover, and finishing with painting and water-tightness test complete making it serviceable.

(f) Ground Sump (16 m x 13 m x 3 m) at Shribon site, including cleaning of tank, providing PCC base, plastering of the walls and providing required pipe fittings, specials and accessiories, finishing, curing and water-tightness test complete making it serviceable.

(g) Pumphouse (89 sqm) at Shribon site including cement concrete flooring and replastering of columns complete making it serviceable.

(h) Chowkidar Quarter (60 sqm) at Shribon site including wall plastering, cement concrete flooring and painting complete making it serviceable.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Raw Water Main and Pumping Main with D.I. K–9 pipes of 150 mm dia for a length of 1970 Rm at Chingei Intake, including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes and joints, disinfection, refilling of trenches, road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Mains in Chingei Zone with D.I. K–7 pipes conforming to IS:12288–2002 of following sizes – 100 mm dia (1315 Rm), 150 mm dia (473 Rm), 200 mm dia (390 Rm) and 250 mm dia (625 Rm) – including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Main with D.I. K–7 pipes of 100 mm dia for a length of 1500 Rm at Shribon site, including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Pumping Main with D.I. K–9 pipes of 100 mm dia for a length of 25 Rm at Shribon site, including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, anchor/thrust blocks as required, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Mains in Shribon Zone with D.I. K–7 pipes conforming to IS:12288–2002 of the following sizes – 100 mm dia (813 Rm), 150 mm dia (824 Rm) and 200 mm dia (674 Rm) – including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, anchor/thrust blocks as required, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Delivering, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump Sets (make: Worthington / Mather Platt / Kirloskar or equivalent approved) including motors of required capacity, suction and delivery pipe arrangements with necessary pipes, valves, dismantling joints, specials and accessories, cost of jointing materials, base frame, foundation, alignment and coupling, control panels with starters and protection devices, cabling, earthing and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) At Chingei Treatment Site: • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 30 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 95.37 LPS against 23 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby. b) At Shribon Site (Set–I): • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 15 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 31.48 LPS against 27 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby. c) At Chingei Intake Site (Set–II): • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 44 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 95.37 LPS against 29 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby.

Design, Drawing, Energisation, Procurement and Installation of suitable Transformer including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for providing power supply of adequate capacity to operate pumping machineries for the Scheme/Intake/Zonal Station, including internal and external lighting, testing with submission of all test reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling, and allied accessories, with necessary tying up with the Electricity Department for all technical and mandatory requirements/formalities for installation and energisation of transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices. Operation and Maintenance for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the above works, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and pumping mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
