(h) Chowkidar Quarter (60 sqm) at Shribon site including wall plastering, cement concrete flooring and painting complete making it serviceable.
Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Raw Water Main and Pumping Main with D.I. K–9 pipes of 150 mm dia for a length of 1970 Rm at Chingei Intake, including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes and joints, disinfection, refilling of trenches, road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Mains in Chingei Zone with D.I. K–7 pipes conforming to IS:12288–2002 of following sizes – 100 mm dia (1315 Rm), 150 mm dia (473 Rm), 200 mm dia (390 Rm) and 250 mm dia (625 Rm) – including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of Distribution Main with D.I. K–7 pipes of 100 mm dia for a length of 1500 Rm at Shribon site, including trench excavation, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes with necessary D.I./C.I. fittings and specials, provision of sluice valves with masonry chambers, hydraulic testing of pipes, joints and fittings, disinfection of pipeline, refilling of trenches, and road restoration of excavated trenches to original condition, with all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Delivering, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump Sets (make: Worthington / Mather Platt / Kirloskar or equivalent approved) including motors of required capacity, suction and delivery pipe arrangements with necessary pipes, valves, dismantling joints, specials and accessories, cost of jointing materials, base frame, foundation, alignment and coupling, control panels with starters and protection devices, cabling, earthing and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) At Chingei Treatment Site: • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 30 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 95.37 LPS against 23 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby. b) At Shribon Site (Set–I): • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 15 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 31.48 LPS against 27 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby. c) At Chingei Intake Site (Set–II): • 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby), each driven by 44 KW motor, designed to deliver combined discharge of 95.37 LPS against 29 m head, while operating in parallel with 100% standby.
Design, Drawing, Energisation, Procurement and Installation of suitable Transformer including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines for providing power supply of adequate capacity to operate pumping machineries for the Scheme/Intake/Zonal Station, including internal and external lighting, testing with submission of all test reports, civil foundation, earthing, cabling, and allied accessories, with necessary tying up with the Electricity Department for all technical and mandatory requirements/formalities for installation and energisation of transformers and HT/LT lines, complete as per detailed specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Transformer shall be designed and manufactured conforming to Energy Efficiency Level–2 at basic insulation level as per IS:2026 (Part I & II) with latest amendments and IS:1180 (Part I–2014) with latest amendments, fitted with On-Load Tap Changer (OCTC), initial filling of oil conforming to IS:335–1993, and all necessary fittings and protection devices. Operation and Maintenance for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the above works, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and pumping mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
