REPAIR / MAINT TO CAMOUFLAGED PAINTING OF BUILDINGS AT VARIOUS LOCATION OF ZONE B UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AGRA AT AF STANTION AGRA

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, upto 20 Metre Height of the Bldg including necessary scaffolding and all sefety measures,with removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km all as specified.

M&L for rendaring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external face of wall of brick works or concrete surface, mixed with using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound. (ISI Marked)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint in camoflage pattern of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) at upto 20 Metre height of Bldg including necessary scaffolding and all sefety measures , as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint, one or more coat in camoflage pattern of required shade : New work (one coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm at upto 20 Metre height of Bldgs including necessary scaffolding and all sefety measures, as per manufactures instructions, incl cleaning ,wire brushing and Scraping down to ensure the surface to be painted is free from any loose, dirt, fine cracks also Repair of pot holes, cracks and undulation in surface with wall care putty with necessary scaffolding and all sefety measureas required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel sheet roofing of CGI/PGI sheet/aluminium sheeting sufaces in any position, iron/ framed work of any description by scrubbing down the dust, dirt by wire brushing, sand paper etc to complete removal of rusting portion and apply One coats or more coats of synthetic enamel paint in camoflage pattern at upto 20 Metre height of Bldgs including necessary scaffolding and all sefety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
