General repair and painting work of Type D Government Houses No 9 to 16 of Civil Lines, Gorakhpur distt Lot No 8 of 12

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer- in - charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet) as per DSR. 15.56

Scraping old white or colour wash includin disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer - in - charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet) as per S.I.No. 13.80

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.As Per DSR 13.4.2 With cement mortar 1:6(1cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete As per DSR No- 13.80

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade & New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 0.9 kg/10sqm.).:-DSR.No.13.111.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre.As per DSR No- 13.81.1

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using galvanised M.S. wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm. as per DSR No. 9.51.2

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture As per DSR No-13.99.1

Supply and fixing of 10cm internal dia A.C down pipe everest or charminar make complete with bends with door at top and plain at bottom and grating and including supply of necessary M.S clamps 2.5cm x3mm fixed to walls with and including supply of 15cm long 6mm dia nails all material labour and T&P etc Required for completion of the work and also including repair of plaster pointing etc. If damaged during fixing of the pipe.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part 1) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges Description with necessary screws As per DSR 9.21.2

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. 32mm dia (Flexible pipe) As per DSR No- 17.28.2.1

40 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications.
