Modification of oven (Heating Chamber) 12 KW to 18 KW and Construction of double decker Trolley at Electricity Transformer Repairing Workshop Aliganj.

Providing of heating element Stainless steel tubular type I.S.I mark fitted at back side in the heating chamber.

Providing 50Amp. Contactor of reputed make (L&T/BCH/ABB Make).

Replacement of old electric circuit with new heat proof glass coated wire of different gauge as required in heating chamber.

Complete all the work with opening, Refitting & Servicing.

Double Decker Trolley (Size of Trolley) i) Length - (1800mm) approx. ii) Width - (1400mm) approx. iii) Height - (750mm) approx. Heating Chamber is provided with the double Decker Trolley in to two floors lower & upper. The Trolley will be supplied having Double Decker system with the provision of four sides M.S pillar as the leg & frame height 750 mm. The Trolley will be out of suitable size of M.S channel of 100x50x6 mm. fix in the trolley as the top of the plate form with double support mounted of 4 mm. thick sheet with welding & smooth finish for a load of 3 MT capacity suitable design MS plate supported by 2 pairs of wheels with bearing on each trolley moving on track supports laid in the bottom floor with extension on door side for full discharge. The rail track will be made of MS Bar 04 Nos. of size 50x50 with 18 ft. long. The complete trolley will be painted with two coats of Red oxide primer and then with two coats of heat resistive Aluminum paint outside ISI mark as per relevant both inside & outside all mild steel materials shall be of quality as per relevant ISS.
