Part A - Civil Furniture & interior works

CMD table with side table -main table size 3000mm x 1050mm x 750mm & side table size 2100mm x 600mm x 675mm P&F CMD table in 19mm thick BWR/BWP ply frame work including side table and drawers keyboards borders foot rest in 12mm with 2mm thick edge banding. The table shall have one 3 drawer unit one tea tray & one pencil tray . The side table shall be covered with sliding shutters along with CPU trolley provision. CMD table will be of 750mm height & side table will be of 675mm height finished with 3mm thick veener . Table top & side table top shall be finished in 6mm thick acrylic solid surface (corian)all other exposed surfaces will be in 3mm veener. The comlete accesories used shall be hettich or haffele or ebco telescopic channels, brass handles, stainless steel handles complete as per directives and design approved. The below surface should be covered with 0.8mm laminate. 3coats of melamine polish should be done on veneer surface.

CMD meeting table - size 2400mm x 1200mm x 750mm complete table in 19mm BWR/BWP commercial ply having table top in 6mm acrylic solid surface finish with edge mouldings. the bottom of table shall be covered with designer 2 to 4mm batons all round as per design approved with pop box for elecrical & data connections on table top. the table shall have trap door for electrical maintenance purpose. the table moulding should be done 2inches below table curve. rest space should be covered with 0.8mm laminate below the table top surface. 3 coats of melamine polish should be done on veneer surface.

Back storage size - 2400mm x 450mm depth x 700mm the back storage complete body will be made in 19mm thick BWR/BWP ply. The inside will be of approved 0.8mm laminate. the table top will be made in 6mm solid acrylic (Corian) of approved shade. the outer side will be finished in 4mm veneer of approved shade. 3 coats of melamine finish polishing should be done on veneer surface.

The glass will be frosted in the middle portion. Water flowing effect will be given in the middle portion to enhace the beauty and interior. The glass will be of size 10ft in length and 8ft in height and will be in 2 potions 6x8 supported on d section framing. Complete renovation will be strictly as per approved design.

Veneer Ceiling - P& F false ceiling made out of 19" plywood framework 1'6" C/c cover with 12mm thick ply at one side finish with 3mm thick approved shade veneer & design with 12mm wide INLAY work & 1"x1", 2"x1" moulding & 2"x2" suspension, scaffolding etc. All exposed surface shallbe finished with approved design with melamine polish in 2 coats etc complete

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Glazed vitrified floor tiles polished finish of size Size of Tile 1200 x 1200 mm

Part B - Dismantling Job Works
