Annual maintenance contract for day to day electrical maintenance/repair work of electrical installation including 11KV/3.3KV/440V OH line , cable,light fittings from Lingaraj main Substation to Duelbera and Sharma Chhack colony Premises of Lingaraj Area for a period of two year( Manpower required as per Engineer In-charge 3 Nos skilled and 4 Nos semi-skilled )

Supply of 75mm x 90mm shackle Insulator with GI Bolts, Nuts and straps etc as reqd .

Supply of 100mm x 65mm pin Insulator complete with G.I. Spindle and nuts etc. as reqd .

Supply of 8 SWG G.I wire.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm cross arm for 4 wire OH line complete with clamps,bols, nuts & washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulaor pin sets and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supplying of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm cross arm for 2*400W/ 1*400W light fittings, 2 wire overhead line with clamp, nut and bolts including drilling holes and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Supply of 40 mm dia x 2 mtr long G.I. pipe for street light bracket on pole including bending to shape, 2 nos. 40mm 3mm flat iron clamps with nut,bolts and washers and painting with primer and finish paint etc as required.

Supply of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply of 11KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin , nuts, Washers etc as required.

Trimming of trees of 3.3 KV power feeders for one day.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x6mm(7.4kg/mtr.) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV OH line conductors complete with through bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mmx 6mm M.S flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on other side for tying bthe cross arms together , including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts,nuts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set for 11 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45cm x7.5mm thick, thimble ,stay clamps , turn buckle(20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply & Erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightining resistor suitable for 3 wire,11 KV O/H lines with rated voltage KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrngement, G.I bolts,nuts,washers etc. as reqd .

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover palte having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /cock and salt etc., as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
