Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 105mm x 60mm for doors/cupboard with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in back filling, holdfasts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Factory made 2nd class hardwood plain,framed paneled shutters(any numbe of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneering on both faces size of rail and stile as per IS-1003(part) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class Hard wood glazed and Skelton shutters (any panels) open rebated and prepared to receive wiremesh/glass/gauge etc with all accessory as required and divided into squares edges of framing Plain, chamfered or rounded mitered and rebated sash bar any number with cut or mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc Size of members of shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube ,supplying and fixing in opending complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tube for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strips of 20 mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail , lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap inserted for top rail & bottom rail , panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement , supplying and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed
