Repairs to expansion joints and other civil work including tile cladding in and around the Baba Jitto Auditorium at Main Campus Chatha

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Old work (one or more coats) .

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Repair to the expansion joints by way of filling with elastic material and civering with aluminiumstrip

Tile cladding including removal of defected tiles making good the surface and fixing of new tiles of specified make excluding cost of scofolding which shall be paid seperately

Providing 10mm thick proprietary gypsum board ceiling on standard galvanized steel frame work as specified by manufacturer and as approved by engineer-in-charge, complete.

Providing & applying silicon adhesive of Asian Make in the joints of tile cladding including raking up the joints and making good the same complete item.

Repair to the stage of the Baba Jitto Auditorium by way of dismantling the existing rotten/damaged one and replacing the same with new teak wood planks including the necessary packing etc. complete (20 mm thick)

Repair to the following sanitary/water supply items:-

English seat

Float valve

G.I. pipe (3/4")

Angle valve (3/4")

PVC waste pipe (40 mm)

6" PVC pipe

G.I. Grating (8")
