Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of more than 10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund in layers of 23 cm thick , deploying earth moving machineries and Tippers including benching, formation of bunds,breaking clods,watering to Opitimum moisture content (OMC) and compaction of each layers to 95 % of procter density through deployment of appropriyate compaction equipment (8-10 T) power roller / vibratory power roller/ short width (+0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller / Fuel operated or elect-operated vibratory plate compactors,ensuring compaction of desighned bund section including side slope complete as per standard specification as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-10 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in Position of Plain cement concrete of grade M15 using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 20mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in Position of Plain cement concrete of grade M15 using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 60% of 40mm and 40 % of 20mm IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Reinforced Cement Concrete M25 grade using hard broken granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and down graded t I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 25 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating. water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strengh specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical Plain / RCC concrete walls of supply channel retaining wall etc. upto 0.90cm height with necessary support, all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x 60cm and guage 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for bearing laid silver oak / country wood joist of size 7.5cm x 5.0cm space at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm spaced at 75cm c/s etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Supplying and fixing cut stone roughly dressed to all faces and set in cement morter 1:3 (one cement and three m sand ) including fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibratory power roller of short width ( 0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel operated or electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Gravel backing for revetment and apron in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, including watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the Rough Stones and including stacking for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing and fixing of M15 grade cement concrete block of size 300X250X200mm using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 20mm including moulding charges casting of blocks, finishing, curing and conveyance of all materials to work site and fixing the same in postion and handling charges for the same in position including all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting,jointing the PVC water stopper of 230 mm width and placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0..71m²of Mastic pad required for 1 Rm) at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(For weir portion)

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutter of size 0.45m x 0.45m made out of 8mm thick Mild Steel plates and 65 x 65 x 6mm Mild Steel Channels for outer frame with each 1 No of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild Steel plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 0.30 x 0.23m with required bolts and nuts and shutter Groove Angle made out of 100 x 100 x 10mm Mild Steel angle with required height including welding of Holdfast of size 40x40x6mm Mild Steel angle 3 Nos and Screw Rod 50mm dia Mild Steel Round Rod duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Capstan Head Assembly with required bolt and nut and Top beam made out of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.9m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12mm Mild Steel plate of size 0.23 x 0.30m, 2 Nos and the Cast Iron Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50Kg) duly machined with nut, threading to suit the Screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over the one coat Red Oxide primer etc., The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation and conveying loading and unloading charges including petty civil work and trail operation etc., complete.
