Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth (Quarry).

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete : White face insulating board.

Providing and fixing of wooden frames Second class teak wood.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Providing and fixing PVC panelling complete job in all the respect.

Sanitary and electricity fitting.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. internal Fitting onlyPN-16 pipe, 16mm OD(SDR-7.4)

Providing and fixing of Indian ceat with cysteren and water connection and also 110 mm PVC pipe with accessories laying from from ceat to septitank complete job in all respect.

Washbasin and complete set including water connection Pipes etc.

Providing and fixing bib cock Complete Job.

Internal and external fitting of electrical including Providing, laying and fixing of Lamp holder and led bulbs /lights Switch ,switch board ,button ,Socket ,lights , labour complete Job Per point.

Conduct pipes includingWiring of 1.5 mm and 3 mm for heating point bend, Tes, Junction Complete job Per point.

Modular Box all size including the fitting Complete JOB.

Concealed box and Fan Box including Hook Complete Job.

Providing,fixing,testing,commisioning of semi-integrated type solar street light having combined fitting and battery with seperate solar pannel with auto on/off and motion sensor of specification:- 24 wattage of light fitting led type, 100wattage of solar pannel conforming to IEC 61215 edition II/BIS 14286 from an NABL or IECQ accredited laboratory, 18ah Rechargeable Li-ion battery. make:- M.N.R.E approved make with required Test certificate. luminaries include timer i.e duty cycle dust to dawn 4 hours full light rest of the time at lower light level, with motion sensor with suitable size and length cable. this electronics includes IP64 protection etc. (1) In case any movement is there , it senses it and glows to full level. (2) Then it comes back to lower level after some time automatically (3) Electronics overall efficiency should be 90%.

Providing and fixing and erection of light fitting arm of required dia along with pole of 3'' dia of length 5 mtr including concrete at base foudation of pole along with pannel stand and required clamps, all the material should be of approved standard and made of galvanised iron painted with silver paint complete job.

Carriage of stones avg. 10KM by MT & 500 mtrs by H/L including supply of stone..
