Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and depth n. exc 100 mm depth and and removing to a distance not exc 50M and all materials thrown from site etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick (Compacted thickness) in , WBM, with granite trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, levelled, rolled with 08 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 Sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10Kg/10Sqm of VG-30 grade paving binder and applying for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) complete all as Specified and directed

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

Preparing the black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG- 30 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm and applying Material and labour for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. Note: - Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (Note :- Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical paver only).

Material and Labour for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. not exceeding 15 cm wide on bituminous/concrete pavemnt/path surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MOST & BIS specification, not less then 2.5-3.0 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Shalimark of STP Ltd or M/S Kataline Infra Products Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) Note:- The rate included for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from wet paint, cleaning road surfaces and working during odd hours when traffic is light.

S&F in repair CAT EYE (Road stud) size of 120mm x 90mm made of polycarbinate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro lange on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with 3M bituminous adhesive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Sun Eyes/Birla3M/Dark Eye/Oscar road safety/Stimsonite)

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep and averaging 10cm deep and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers 100mm thick, spread, rolled and consolidation to gradient and camber required including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.
