Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point wiring for light, fan/ socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendents regulators, sockets fittings etc and removing materials from site including making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) multistranded copper conductor single core including PVC conduit medium grade of appropriate size concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes of required size and with top cover 3mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside and out side with one coat red oxide primer complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for one light / fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement security lights LED 20 W Energy saving & Environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP 65, CRI>80, PF >0.90 LED Wall mounted Light Luminaries are made of die casted aluminium body and toughened glass cover for uniform light spread including bracket made out of suitable size of GI medium grade tubing and fixed with clamps nuts and bolts, washer complete all as specified .

Material and labour for dismantling old earthing and supply, installation and testing earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm×60 cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe.Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work , all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schd Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) PCC Chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting maner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S &F electric shock treatment chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plybood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F First aid chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plywood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement LT rubber mating chequered type of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 12 mm thick as per IS 5424/1969 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply fix & replacement water flow meter class B type magnetically driven sealed register with flange ends with corrosion proof cast iron body of size 150 mm, IS 779 / ISO 4064 having accuracy ± 2%, PN 16 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

All as per item No. 26.00 here-in-before but cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation for laying cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in and including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class 'B' bricks) laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. The gap between should not exceed 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand (Tibba sand) including punning gently (upto 23 cm depth , 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable) all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness after punning will be measured for payment

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation etc as filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Supply and fix in replacement fully automatic star delta starter (FASD) suitable for pump set upto 15 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Havells/L&T/Shakti/Siemens

Material and labour for dismantling old earthing of any type. Supply, installation, testing of advanced maintenance free environment friendly CPRI approved earthing 10 feet long 17 mm dia earth electrode made high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecular bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonded thickness 250 micron) with terminal to connect incoming strips with 02 bags (25 Kg each) of environment friendly backfill compound with ROHS test certificate for each. The remaining space will be filled with soil and top of earth pit covered with high density polymer.Earth pit chamber cover of dimension (300 mm x 300 mm x 214 mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desired ohmic value complete all as specified and directed. Note : Payment will be released only after the resistance value achieved less than 1 ohm. If value of resistance found more than 1 ohm contractor will do the fresh earthing without any extra cost.
