Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item here-in-before but using except stone obtain from item No 3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, using 20mm thick Granite or Trap stonee complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly roundede or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or ploygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for (SWR) pipes,75mm bore single socket in any length with rubber ring joint, weep hole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Dora stone tiles 300mmX300mmX10mm to 15mm thick, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 75 mm thick PCC sub base in (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion Concrete, brick work masonry, etc.and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil each not exceeding 0.5 CUM, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron post & strut etc. in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165 completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing wire mesh of any size or type, made with 4 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by AGE (I). The same shall be submit before payment of RAR.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and diameter of shank 5 to 10mm completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel round or square bars 10mm dia and over for straining in available length, cut to length, bent to shape required Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanized two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to RCC / steel post etc., including securing or tying at crossing with and providing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., (each line of wire to be measured separately) including dismantling of old barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
