Note for item Nos 1 & 2 : (a) All existing incoming and out going cables are to be connected to the above panel with proper lugs, glands nuts, bolts etc which shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. (b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of demolition of concrete floors / cutting chases in walls, earth work excavation, PCC foundation etc, and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces (c) The panel shall be fabricated from a reputed firm(CPRI Approved) .

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31(9.00 metre long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/ exposed surfaces all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to includes excavation and earth work, 150mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate below ploe and filled in trench up to 20cm above ground and coping concrete Shall be with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 20mm graded stone aggregate wth necessary formwork (iii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to include for taking down carefully the exisitng unserviceable pole, serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for cable laying /foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose

Note: Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of taking down existing MCCB and re-fix in sheetmetal enclosure on the wall with suitable screws as directed.
