Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis RCC framed structure COLLEGE BUILDING (G+2) with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of CANTEEN BUILDING, (G-Assam TYPE), with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: - Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works Levelling, Cement concrete pavement with vaccum dewatered concrete, Foothpath and pathway, External water supply, Garden irrigation, External Sewerage, External storm water drainage work, Rain water harvesting, Borewell, Water supply pumps, Septic tank, Horticulture & Landscape and Boundary Wall approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station, DG set , Cables, Cable tray's, Race ways and Earthing system with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation and commissioning of Furniture work including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge

Supplying, Installation, Lacture Record Studio room Testing and commissioning of Acoustic Wall peneling with Acoustic Door works, Acoustic tiles false ceiling, Studio Setup work, Studio lighting works, Grid system, Accessories, Power & Signal cabling system works including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
