Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in loose/soft soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus (excavated) soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), in ground floor and paving (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, ISI marked, IS-15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate also includes supply and spreading of sand.

Material and labour, 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in sub base finished surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made precast chequered cement concrete tiles, size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm, hydraulically pressed, different colours, glossy finished, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured pigment to match the surface including 15mm thick screed bed, in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced), of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), any thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in coping for road side interlocking stops, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Factory made, 100mm thick precast kerb stones made of cement concrete (M-20 Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 300mmx300mm compressed & hydraulically pressed, tapered/curved on one edge at top, laid on edge with and including 15mm thick and 100mm wide bedding layer of sand and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) vertically on sides of paths/road/ , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of exterior water emulsion paint over a coat of primer on newly laid kerb stone surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of exterior water emulsion paint on old kerb stone surface including fixing disturbed kerb stone with cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), any thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, precast reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in man hole covers or slab for covering of drains and similar articles, and set in CM(1:4), including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note: TMT steel reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, TMT Steel bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips or welding or inserting by drilling hole as may require, complete as in reinforcement to concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brick work with sub class 'B' old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, as in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC drain pipe 300mm dia and taking out from trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour, reinforced cement concrete pipes, 300mm bore, with collars, class NP-3, laid in trenches on concrete bed, jointed in cement mortar (1:1), and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Concrete bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick, as in floors, treads of steps etc, laid over and including screed bed/bedding layer 20mm thick in CM (1:4), set in neat grey cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm, and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including curing, rubbing and polishing by machine, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, including dismantling and disconnecting of old & removal from site for credit by contractor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 142gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 15mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, 15mm bore gun metal, glove or gate valve with iron wheel heat, screwed both end for iron pipe 15mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/hoisting, rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity ‘double layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, including dismantling and disconnecting of old & removal from site for credit by contractor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, 20mm bore gun metal, glove or gate valve with iron wheel heat, screwed both end for iron pipe 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing with all standard fittings or connections, from wall/ceiling/floor etc., including removal from site to store/for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Steel water tubing, 15mm dia bore, medium grade, galvanized, with all standard fittings and fixed complete to walls (surface/ concealed), ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting chases and making good shall be included in quoted rate.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 34740.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
