Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 20 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Precast concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. ncluding brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre after removing of existing treatment (if any) compelte all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof/ wall surfaces including flashings and junction of parapets etc, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, complete all as specified & directed.

Providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/roof padding and like, rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply only reinforcement and chicken wire mesh will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply only chicken wire mesh of size 12mm x 12mm x 0.91mm complete all as specfied and directed

Supply only high strength deformed bar TMT bars 10mm dia and over, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with approved colour code multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade, two run of single core cable for phase & neutral and one run of single core multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly in and including new concealed PVC conduit terminated on and including provn of new modular sunken box and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface flush with wall , comprising of One light /bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch &fan regulator, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate is inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces by provding by wall putty/POP after mason work and finshing to match the original and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Switch piano, flush type, 6 amps, 230 volts, single pole, one way (ISI marked) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Ceiling rose, PVC or polycarbonate of size 65mmx50mm three terminals (ISI marked) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Heavy duty metalic body exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 240 volt, with blades, frame and louvers heavy duty, single phase including making connection with suitable size twin core cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through brick walls in round shape , for 300mm dia exhaust fan and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required including finishing and matching the disturbed surface and removing surplus unserviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. from site and rubbish complete all as specified & directed.
