2.8.1: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

2.27: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete

4.1.10: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

5.1.2: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

5.22.7: Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

2.27A.1: Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock ) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc.in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc.complete including all lead and lift.

4.1A.1: Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material

4.1.3: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

13.1.1: 12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

4.3.1: Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings , bases for columns.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames
