SUPPLY OF HV SOFT STARTER RAW WATER INTAKE (RWI) PUMPS

Scope shall include Design, engineering, manufacture, procurement of materials and bought out components,assembly at shop, inspection, testing at manufacturer's works & packing, transportation to site of HV Soft starter listed in this scope of supply document, including suitable base frame (ISMC 100 x 50) for installation, supply of all mandatory spares, operation & maintenance spares, commissioning spares & special tools and tackles,erection material & documentation as specified in the Specification & documentation as per job specification,data sheets, single line diagram, control schematics etc. and other codes and standards attached or referred in Material Requisition (MR) ref:TP-1ZZZA-EL-SOS-0019_D1

Training to 2 Nos. of Owner personnel at OEM’s factory for 3 days for the entire Package (Including Condition monitoring).

Training to 5 Nos. of Owner personnel at NREP Site for 3 days for the entire Package (Including Condition monitoring).

Commissioning / Support Engineer from OEM shall be stationed at NREP Site for the duration of 1 month from the date of commissioning & handover for the entire package

Bidder shall provide Per Diem rate for Supervision services for Installation, testing and commissioning for the entire package

Cost for Additional Warranty period of "24 months after commissioning or 36 months after dispatch whichever is earlier” over and above the Standard Warranty Period Refer Note-11
