Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( All works upto Plinth level)

Supply and placing of plum in concrete inclding all costs and carriage complete job.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: 4.6.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 3 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge 3mm dia

Providing applying of two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint with base coat of red oxide of approved brand and manufacture as directed by engineer incharge.

Add carriage of materials sand /aggregates Av. Lead of 25Km by M.T.
