BOQ (REPAIR/MAINT/REWIRING/RENEWAL OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT AKASH VIHAR AND OFFICERS AREA ALONGWITH ALLIED EM WORKS AT AF STATION SURATGARH.)

Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

All as per serial item No 3.00 here-in-before but except conduit , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Sub main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonary including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 runs of 4 Sqmm, 1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

M&L for Sub-main wiring in (existing concealed PVC conduit) with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masnory including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 runs of 6 Sqmm & 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length. Note for item No.5 to 7 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces.

M& L for Point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push switch

One switch socket outlet 3 pin 6 amp on same board.

One light point controlled by two 2-way switches with cables

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 amps point on Independent board.

All as per item No 8 above but 4 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board.(AC/Geyser), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor cable unsheathed in existing concealed PVC conduit and PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth wire , connected to common earth dolly and replacement of aminated sheet cover of 3 mm thick for mounting swiches,socket,regulator suitable for mounting switches , complete for the following , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

One switch socket outlet 3 pin 6 amp on same board.

All as per item No 12 above but one 3 pin socket out let 15 Amps on independent board, with cables 2.5 sqmm sizer and earth wire 1.5 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No. 8 to 10 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc to match with the existing surfaces. The quted rate shall include for the same.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x20 W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core fleexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and S&F LED light fitting 1X9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s light fitting and supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LED 36 Watt environmental friendly, new generation, aesthetically designed, ultra modern recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LEDs as light source 28 watt with nominal system lumen output of 2800 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The lumnarie should have a colour temperature of 6500K and CRI>70. The lumnarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD<20% and PF>0.9, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant with driver & lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
