Opening of 33KV and 11KV side connections/Jumpers and removing the cables, Opening of top covers by opening of nut and bolts and lifting using Crane, Opening and removing the conservator taks, dranning out the Transformer Oil in drums upto desired level and its keeping at safe place. Changing Cork Sheet of Tank, Radiators and Valves, Changing 11K and 33KV side packing of Bushings, Changing damaged 33KV nad 11KV side Bushing and any associated part thereof. After changing the above parts and packings, setting carefully the top plate and cover of Transformer, Radiator and conservator Tank at there proper palce, using nut and bolts then filling of Transformer Oil, including the work of Cleaning of 11KV, 33KV Bushings and Conservator Tanks. Connecting the 33KV and 11KV site cables/Jumpers properly and other respective works for energisation of Transformers, including top up of transformer oil.(Oil will be provided by Department as per requirement)

Centrifusing of Oil For Power Transformer Different Capacity ( If Required)

Received back of all Scrap from Pit Site of work to ESC mainpuri.
