The rates quoted above are inclusive of above provision and no claim whatsoever shall be applicable at any stage.

S&F for rebar of 12mm dia reinforcement bar in existing concrete surface by inserting reinforcement bar with epoxy based suitable bonding compound of HILTI or equivalent make (Hit-re-500 of HILTI or equivalent make) for interconnection of new RCC structure with existing RCC structure, depth of drilled hole should be suitable to develop maximum recommended strength as per approved manufacturer’s recommendation, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- 1) Rate includes supply of all materials including bonding chemicals, T&P required to execute the work, cost of all labour, transportation of chemical, staging to reach work place etc. 2) Random pull out non destructive test as directed by Engineer-in-charge shall be conducted to ensure strength of bond and same is included in this item. 3) Reinforcement bar shall be paid separately under relevant item.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Labour for fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (except sheeting) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Fabrication, Manufacturing & Transportation of Precast RCC elements of M30 grade design mix concrete (i) Fabrication and manufacturing of precast concrete element such as foundation as per approved drawing, manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds, mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services, yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS:11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer in-Charge (ii) Cost of steel for reinforcement shall be paid separately under relevant item). (iii) Transportation of Precast RCC Elements from casting yard to site of work by suitable Truck/Trailor with proper accessories, including the cost of loading, unloading & stacking at site with the help of required capacity cranes. (iv) The rate is inclusive of all ingredients i.e. cement, sand, aggregate, admixtures, water etc. including handling, batching, mixing, transporting, placing and vibrating of concrete, curing, scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, mould, staging etc. with all lead and lift with contractor's own labour, tools & plants machineries all taxes etc complete as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- 1) No payment shall be made for damaged Precast elements. 2) 70% payment shall be made when PSC elements reach to site and balance 30% payment shall be made after erection & placement in position. 3) Incase of change of size of precast RCC element, payment shall be adjusted on volumetric basis. 4) Casting will not be allowed inside MoD land.
(i) Precast RCC Foundation 1390mm X 910mm X 750mm as per drg.
(ii) Precast RCC Foundation 1390mm X 1245mm X 750mm as per drg.
Fabrication, Manufacturing & Transportation of Precast Prestressed Concrete elements such as in Panels & Columns of M45 grade design mix concrete (i) Fabrication & manufacturing of Prestressed Concrete (Pre-tensioned) elements such as panel, column etc. as per approved drawing in Controlled Factory Environment with approved methodology by using long line casting method. Concreting should be done by batch mixing plant with capable of producing zero slump concrete, transported through mechnical arrangement & layed on the bed, finishing, curing and also provision of steam curing. Cutting, making necessary cutout/holes of required sizes for services in PSC element after achieving required strength, yard handling & stacking all complete as per approved shop drawings & design mix as per drg and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Cost of HTS wires shall be paid separately under relevant BOQ item. (iii) Transportation of Precast PSC Elements from casting yard to site of work by suitable Truck/Trailor with proper accessories, including the cost of loading, unloading & stacking at site with the help of required capacity cranes. (iv) The rate is inclusive of all ingredients i.e. cement, sand, aggregate, admixtures, water etc. including handling, batching, mixing, transporting, placing and vibrating of concrete, curing, scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, mould, staging, lifting arrangement as per approved drawing etc. with all lead and lift with contractor's own labour, tools & plants machineries all taxes etc complete and all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rate is inclusive of all labour, materials including, cutting, pulling arrangement, machineries, tools & plants, etc. complete. Payment will not be made for any wastages.
(i) Precast PSC Panel 2770mm X 600mm X 80mm as per drg.
(ii) Precast PSC Panel of size 2770mm X 450mm X 80mm as per drg.
(iii) Precast PSC Column (H-Section) of size 3525mm X 310mm X 290mm with grooves as per drg.

Note:The rate is inclusive of all labour, tools & plants, all materials including approved quality of nonshrink cementious grout of M60 grade, aggregates, all machineries, placing in position, etc., complete in all respects. S & F, framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) etc., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for complete High Strength Dynamic Load Test using capwac analysis as per ASTM4945 and IRC 78 on 300mm dia pile in accordance with IS provisions for Initial Test including all necessary arrangements providing and setting up all necessary accessories and equipments carrying out the prescribed test as required/specified under the expert supervision, noting the result, taking out the accessories and equipment on completion of test submitting the result in soft and hard copy in quintuplicate all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for boring/drilling into hard rock lowering upto non-collapsible strata for 300mm dia cast in situ piles by DMC method using bentonite slurry wherever required for stabilization of pile using drilling by any other method as required and getting out the soil and disposal of spoil outside MD land including erecting pilling equipment of any type complete with all accessories, centering in position and removing on completion of each pile, including flushing of pile bore, cleaning, complete all as shown on drawings, specified & as directed by Engineer in Charge.
M & L for RMC M30 design mix concrete and Tremie Concreting as per IS 456 of 2000 in piles cast in situ piles of 300mm dia of any length using tremie pipe concrete method including cutting and knocking down waste concrete complete all as shown on drawings, specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : RMC will be measured and paid from cut off level and rate quoted shall be inclusive of cutting and knocking of RMC waste above cut off level
