Providing ,fitting, and erecting Pre Fabricated Ornamental Railing on the edge of the footpath of approved design using TATA STRUCTURA materials having size of 2.00 x 1.25 M in panels made of 40 x 40x 2.60 in Horizontal & Vertical Bars and 80 x 40 x 3.20 vertical bars in posts. The two end posts of each panel are founded with M-25 cement concrete upto depth of 300mm. Item includes anti corrossive primer and two shades of paint as per approved shade etc. complete as per approved drawing and technical specification and as directed by the Engineer - In -Charge

Providing and Fixing in position Double Kerb Stones as per BIS specification of the size 300 mm x 450 mm x 100 mm in proper level and grade at footpath edges, divider blocks etc. As directed and approved by the Department.

Providing, Fitting & Fixing Coloured Anti - Skid Tiles as per BIS Specifications of Size 340 mm x 340 mm x 25 mm complete as directed and approved by the Department

Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm thick asphaltic concert laid over 12 mm thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead upto 1000 m.

Replacement of Expansion Joints complete as per drawings (Item includes Removal of old expansion joint including breaking of concrete, cutting of lugs and shifting of broken material etc., providing Epoxy bonding agent for bonding new concrete to old concrete @ 0.8 kg/sqm, Providing and laying M-30 grade cement concrete excluding OH & CP (Rate as per items 14.1 C (i)) excluding The rate for the installation of new expansion joints which is taken from the chapter on superstructure of APWD SOR 2013-14. Broken concrete will have to be replaced which has been included in this Item.

Strip Seal Expansion Joint (Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instruction for installation).
