Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 25 or 32mm dia and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes of outer dia 32mm SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings like elbow, tee, nipple, reducer, socket, union and likewise items and fixing of PP-R pipe to wall using GI clamp at every 1.0 meter and fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc (Except fittings mentioned below for tapping point from main GI lines and joints of PP-R pipe line with existing GI pipe line as considered against item No 4 to 8 hereinafter, which shall be measured and paid under respective items) complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEMS 01 to 19 : (a) The Item No 01 to 19 shall be executed in shafts of 6th storied buildings from Ground Floor to Over Head tanks over buildings and connecting to internal water supply connections of kitchen and bath/WC/Toilets of each quarters. (b) The cost of scoffolding, T&P and other neccessory arrangements for execution of entire scope in the contract shall be all inclusive in the quoted rates of items above.
