M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, divided into squares and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. with rebated sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters and provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 4mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of laminated PVC Kitchen Cabinet of 300mm depth made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side white lamination sheet & provision of shelves and shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet including all required brackets, SS screws, SS knobs, SS Handles, etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90º edge bent finish, completer all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- Only front face shall be measured and paid.)

S&F in-repair of Gl frame work of 1200x1800mm for POP ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with and including supplying & fixing/ laying/ inserting of 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to GI frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing decorative cornices/ moulding using POP of cross sectional dimension exc 25 sqcm and n exc 50 sqcm as per approved design and pattern, fixed in position including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of PVC based decorative wall paper (self adhesive) of customised design as approved by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in-repair of exposed powder coated GI snap grid frame work (600x600 mm) for false ceiling comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with suspended hangers of 2 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to any type of roof by means of ceilling cleats with and including Supply & fixing/ laying/ inserting of pre-painted (white) 4mm thick designer classic E-boards (595x595 mm) to GI frame work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of solid PVC wall panneling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi-corrugated (trapizoidal profile) steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with and including dismantling old existing sheets of any type and any thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, including dismantling existing old damaged steel framed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing roof treatment in the following steps:- (a) Taking out existing old damaged tarfelt/ membrane with and including roof tiling or lime concrete bed from roof surfaces and parapets, lowering and removing the same from MoD land. (b) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. (c) Applying 20mm thick cement screed bed 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction over a coat of cement slurry @ 3.00kg/ sqm to obtain required slope. (d) Applying evenly a prime coat of bitumen 85/25 @1.2 kg/ sq.m. (e) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

S&F of super strong water proof tape having high polymer synthesis butyl glue suitable for roof leakage, surface cracks, tank leakage, sealing in door/ window gaps, etc. of 100mm wide, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 350x 250x 7/ 300x 450x 7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing ceramic wall elevation cladding coloured tiles (stone/matt finish) in vertical surface 300x 600x 7mm/ 450x300x7 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like above 20mm thich bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including dismantling of existing old damaged stone slab of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any shade over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
