AIR CONDITIONER SPLIT TYPE - Cleaning & maintenance of 1.8T Split Type five star BEE rated ACs (Daiiken / Hitachi / Carrier) along with 5KVA Voltage Stablizer & MS stand for outdoor unit, refregerant piping, drain piping complete as per instruction of Engineer In Charge/Site Engineer.

MANPOWER SUPPLY UNDER GST @18%

Providing One (01) Electrician (Category-skilled worker) for work as detailed in SCC for Contract for electrical maintenance of construction office & transit camp at Patna. It includes Manpower Wage as per latest Minimum wage circular, service charge to contractor including administrative expenses, increase in minimum wages up to 10%, and all costs incurred for the personnel deployed for carrying out their work including their allowances for house rent, medical reimbursements, PPEs, tools & tackles, testing equipments required for execution of work etc. Minimum wage as per MoLE notification dt23.09.2019 is Rs. 21,572.27/- per month. Bidders are not allowed to quote below Rs. 21,572.27/-.
