Supplying, erecting and fixing in position RCC Numbers fencing post including all forms of steel work and bending, cranking, binding with contractor's binding wire, as per drawing TE/CLW/DRG No. 62/60 (Labour and Material except cement and steel). CLW HQ-ENGINEERING/CLW

Supplying, erecting, laying and fixing in Metre position new C.P. Fencing to fencing post if any kind including supplying of J hook/binding wire(G.I. Wire 20 gauge) as per drawing TE/CLW/DRG no. 62/60 as and where applicable and also cleaning the jungles, if any (Labour and Materials).

Fabricating, supplying, erecting, fixing & fitting Sqm in proper position of different location GI sheet steel door of various sizes made up of GI sheet 1.6 mm thick, Galvanised M.S.Angle25mm x25mmx5mm, Flat 25mmx5mm for middle, bottom and inclined portion including cutting sheet, drilling holes, jointing metered, welding and 03mm dia revetting for fixing sheet @ 150mm centre to centre with contractors welding machine, drilling machine, fuel, electrode and rivets. Providing one no hasp bolts inside with lock plate 03mm thick 300mmx150mm size (Hasp bolts to be provided left or right side as per site condition) Heavy duty Galvanised hings 03nos each door and 65mm dia door ring (All steel work should be galvanized) as per drawing or as instruction of site engineer including transporting up to working site. All materials, labour, tools, plant, lead, lift, ascent, decent etc. complete in all respect (labour & Materials) (Making hole and CC (1:2:4) with contractor's own cost).

Hiring and operating three wheeler manual van Day rickshaw with driver for effective eight hours in a day for transporting purpose. It is inclusive of remuneration of the driver, maintenance & repair of the van, all taxes complete in all respect. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road.

Dead Trees cut down, trimming branches if Each necessary (measurement of girth at a height of 1m above ground level). The pieces of main and branches tree, length will be approx. 2m each piece. All labours, tool, plant, loading and unloading and transporting from working site to GSD's store/IOW's store as per instruction of Site Engineer: Girth of main tree over 1.5 m and up to 3 m and main stem length 28'-0" and above.

Supply of un-skilled labour for Civil Engineering Man- works by the contractor as directed by Days Engineer or his representatives with all required tools, equipment etc on daily basis.

Emergency abnormality/ natural calamity like storm, heavy rain or any urgent work in night as and when required supplying labour including tools and plants for cutting trees and disposal for site clearance. (Labour to be kept reserved for the night as instructed by Engineer earlier for the period Sunset to Sunrise). CLW HQ-ENGINEERING/CLW

Fabricating strengthening, hoisting, fixing) & repairing of worn out steel structure of all section (including grill work) at any height at any location by providing additional M.S.Angle, M.S.Sheet, flat etc wherever if required to proper alignment as per instruction if site engineer with contractor's tools & plants. (Welding set, electrodes, electric energy), transport & labour etc complete in all respect. NOTE: Mild steel materials if required will be supplied by the Railway free of cost from SSE(W)'s store, if available. If it will be arranged by contractor's own arrangement where payment will be made separately.

Repairs to steel gate Haskal Doomney/Hinges Each and providing one number new HaskalDoomney/ Hinges similar to existing Hinges as per instruction of site engineer including cutting, welding, bending, strengthening and repair of other part of the gate leaf as per site condition in various size and different location. All material labours, tools, plant mobile welding set, cutting set and other necessary arrangement as per requirement.

Mechanised cutting, uprooting and cleaning Sqm jungle/bushes/grass weed/ griper plant etc. including removal of cut vegetation material within next day after cutting within 2km distance. The Scope of works jurisdiction is main road, cross road, street road, main drain behind the two streets, service building welfare building premises, School, Community hall, market etc. and other location when and where instructed by engineer in-charge.

Supply of wooden coffin box of size Numbers (1.98x0.75x0.38mtr.) Made of 25mm thick packing deal or similar light weight wood, tempered and a lid on the top, finished superior as per drawing or instruction of site engineer. (All labour, tools, material etc). Total 1059547.50
